About WorldGen360
WorldGen360 is an AI 360° world generator built by Arctic Fox Developments. Who we are, why we built Studio, and how we make seamless environments.
WorldGen360 is an AI 360° world generator built by Arctic Fox Developments. Its web app, WorldGen360 Studio, turns a written description or a photograph into a complete, seamless 360° environment – up to 8K, as PNG or EXR – ready for game engines, 3D renderers and VR headsets. Studio opens to the public in Q4 2026.
Why WorldGen360 exists
The environment is the part of a 360° project that is hardest to get right and easiest to get wrong. Stock libraries are photographs of somewhere else. Painting or commissioning a sky takes days and every change costs more. Stitching views together leaves seams, mismatched light and pinched poles, exactly where people look first in a headset.
We built Studio to make the whole sphere at once, from a description, in the style a project already uses – and to give people real control over the result rather than another roll of the dice.

What we care about
- Worlds that hold together. A 360° image is only useful if it survives someone looking straight up, straight down and all the way round. Every world is repaired at the seam, the horizon and the poles, then checked before it is handed over.
- Control, not luck. Style, staging, people and clean-up are choices you make, so the second generation is a decision rather than a guess.
- Straight into real work. Standard 2:1 equirectangular output that engines, renderers and headsets already understand, with guides for each.
- Honesty about the limits. A generated world is an interpretation of a place, not a photograph of it. We say where a captured HDRI or real geometry is the better tool, because trust matters more than a claim.
What WorldGen360 makes
WorldGen360 Studio is the product: a web app that generates a full 360° world from a written description or a photograph. You choose one of six styles, Remix a world with the changes you want, and fix anything that does not belong with tools that work on the sphere itself. Every world exports as a standard equirectangular image, up to 8192 × 4096, as PNG or EXR, or as a 360° video.
Those worlds go wherever a project needs surroundings: a sky for a game in Unity or Unreal Engine, a space to stand in on a VR headset, a location for previs and virtual production, or the light and view outside an architectural render. You can explore examples in the worlds gallery, and our guides cover how 360° environments work and how to use them well.
